Travelling With Your Pet
Did you know that we are able to assist with all aspects of Pet Travel within the EU and across the world?

Travel Within the EU.
Since Brexit, Northern Ireland has remained within the EU for the purpose of Pet Travel. That means you can travel with your pet across all of the EU without worrying bout quarantine on returning home.

For journeys such as these, a Pet Passport is required.
Luckily, our vets are qualified to issue these.

To obtain a Pet Passport your pet will need:
-
A microchip
-
A Vaccination Against Rabies
-
A Pet Passport

Travelling With Your Pets to Great Britain and Ireland
When travelling back and forth to Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales) does not currently require special documentation unless you go via Dublin or another route in Republic of Ireland.

PLEASE NOTE: Traveling to and from the Republic of Ireland requires an EU Pet Passport.

Travelling With Your Pets Across The World
For journeys further afield, special export certificates are required, depending on your destination.
Some countries such as Australia require a list of different blood tests for Rabies, Leishmania, Brucella etc etc. Different Schedules apply for worming, flea treatment and clinical examinations pre-flight.
Luckily, we are fully equipped to help with all aspects of the process and in the past two years we have successfully processed dog and cat exports to USA, Canada, Thailand, Australia, New Zealand and even China!

We are also fully OV66 certified to be able to reduce quarantine time for Australian exports.
